You will be 3 minutes away from Gustavia, 2 minutes from Gouverneur beach and 5 minutes from Saline beach. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room opens on the outdoor dining with the private pool. Lush vegetation is surrounding the property. The house has a very comfortable atmosphere due to an authentic interior. A mezzanine invites to quiet reading zone and relaxation. The 2 bedrooms (One located on the main level and another on the first floor) have bright colors to create a warm ambiance. Both have an ensuite bathroom. Built recently in a modern style, this cottage is perfect to spend a week with family & friends.

Gouverneur beach is just a few minutes away by car from the property. For a full "Gouverneur experience", we recommend you to have lunch at restaurant Santa Fe (Ask for a table on the terrace with the view), then to go down the road that leads to the beach. There is a shaded parking at the end, very convenient for a nice swimming after lunch.
