When you enter the property, you feel directly at home. A spacious living room opens on the terrace and the view. The american kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffee maker, but also espresso machine, and dishwasher.
On the terrace, you can enjoy loungers, as well as dining table for nice lunch and dinner. Due to trade winds, you will fell at home and relaxed.
The first two bedrooms are accessible by the living room. They share a bathroom with shower. The first air conditioned bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twins beds who are convertible into a king size bed.
The master bedroom is accessible by the terrace. It features a queen size bed with air conditioning and safe, and also its own bathroom with bathtub.
Midway between the traditional area of Lorient and the well known Saint Jean with famous Nikki Beach, guests can relax and admire the view. This is the perfect place for discovering St Barth with simplicity.

The Remy de Haenen airport was inaugurated on November 1984 (and was then called Gustave III before being renamed in 2015). Rebuilt to provide comfort for travelers, it was once a dirt track and grass. On one side, the « Tourmente » a hill known to all, and on the other, the sea, hence the need for pilots to hold a special permit for landing on this runway. Since 2001, a snack bar is even opened upstairs. Each year, more than 170 000 visitors use it (* 2014 numbers).
